concept and merchandising. Unfortunately the donuts are mediocre (at best). And the service was surprisingly uninspired, considering I was the only customer. It&#8217;s located in the basement of the Shibuya Scramble mall, which is connected to Shibuya station and the same building as Shibuya Sky.
