Had this at an event for my work, probably catered from doordash. I was shocked at how fluffy and light these donuts were, and even more impressed when I looked up the price. It was a little dangerous since the raised ones weren’t filling at all, though… I had a bagel as well. Then I was a little overstuffed. I also tried the maple cruller type one the day before and was less impressed but still satisfied. The freshness makes all the difference. Those donuts were not more than a few hours old.
Not the most creative donuts but very well worth the value and excellent texture! Exactly what I’d want a super fresh classic donut to be. Improved my work day greatly to start with one of these in hand.
